Today’s restaurant is placed in the previous “Tafona” (oil mill), which is one of the most beautiful on the island. At times during which the mallorquin family “Marqués de Verger” ran the manor, olive oil was extracted from the surrounding olive groves and sold at the market. The old oil mill is still admirable in the restaurant, an incomparable frame for enjoyment in a classy atmosphere.
The “Sa Tafona”, opened to all guests, offers an elaborate culinary proposal with a variety of international specialities, as well as mallorquin dishes, which are exclusively prepared from the island’s fresh products. The restaurant is considered of the most well kept secrets in Mallorca. You may choose an “à la carte” dinner or simply let you spoil by our Chef’s menu proposal.
